- Treatment Refunds: a. We do not offer refunds for treatments that have already been received by the customer. b. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a treatment, and no sessions have been redeemed, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. c. All refund requests for treatments must be made within the 14-day period mentioned above.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Courses: a. All purchased courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. b. We recommend that you carefully consider your requirements and preferences before purchasing a course
- Price Adjustments: a. If you have purchased a treatment at a price point prior to 2020 and decide to continue with the purchased treatment, please inform us. b. Our prices have increased since 2020. We will recalculate the remaining treatments based on the updated pricing and inform you of the revised details.
- Refund Processing: a. All refund requests must be made directly to our customer service team. b. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. c. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be initiated and reflected in your account.
