Had a great first experience at MedSpa and a great wax – I have really sensitive skin and quite coarse hair so waxes can be extra painful but Serena was really good and took it all into consideration – such a shame she is leaving just as I found her! She made me feel comfortable and at ease, was very chatty and even though it didn’t feel like she was rushing, she got it all done within 30 minutes during my lunch break. Would definitely recommend. No pain afterwards, barely even tender. A great wax!
