Dear Allan,

Now that I've completed my first phase of treatment with you, I'd like to let you have some feedback as to my impressions regarding the standards adopted by you in your practice.

Colonic Hydrotherapy was completely new to me and I approached it with a great degree of uncertainty. I'd therefore like to thank you very much indeed for the manner in which you conducted all the treatment sessions and for the wonderful results that we achieved. In particular, I feel that the following points should be highlighted:

* Your all-round professionalism. It's hard to conceive of how someone could be more thorough and supportive in offering the treatment, than you have been to me.

* Over time, you gained my complete trust. Being able to implicitly trust your colonic hydrotherapist is a benefit that can hardly be over-stated. Thank you for building and maintaining my trust in you.

* You know exactly what you're doing and you never take risks with the client's well being.

* Your knowledge of your subject is superb and you know exactly how it can change a person's life.

* The patience that you show is tremendous. Fortunately, I found it infectious, as I had to calmly wait for us to complete four good sessions before we saw some fantastic results. Even then, there was a clear need to continue for the full ten sessions which I've had over the past eight weeks.

* The standards of hygiene which you observe in your rooms are outstanding. Thank you for being so fastidious about all-round cleanliness and for maintaining your high standards day in, day out. I never saw you letting anything start to slip nor did I see you starting to take short cuts or compromise on your standards of hygiene in any way.

* Your use of disposable equipment is hugely important. After seeing how you make use of this and the comfort it gave to me, and must give to all your clients, I find it hard to believe that the service can be offered in any other way.

* Thank you for helping me to achieve the best possible outcomes each time by recommending that I concentrate on my breathing throughout each session. This helped me to stay calm and relaxed, and achieve optimum results.

* Your approach ensured that I was free of all anxiety and that I never experienced any unnatural discomfort.

* I see you as a healer in addition to being a practitioner, as you show so much empathy and kindness that no-one could spend time being treated by you without feeling better about it afterwards. This has a cumulative effect and over time it impacts directly on one's emotional and mental well being, which are, after all, the greatest drivers of our immune system and all-round health.

Thank you for agreeing to take me on as a client. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied client.
